Bryan, 23

Bryan, a first generation Russian-American, became cognizant of his passion to become an architect in his first year of high school. Initially being intrigued by constructing models and then transforming them into buildings, he grew to believe that architecture is responsible for shaping the behaviors and cultures of a population, and not simply creating a physical entity.

With this understanding, Bryan has studied Business and Art History, along with architecture, to expose himself to multiple disciplines that influence architecture and design. He plans on using his architectural design experience to set him apart from his fashion-oriented Sole Perspective competition.

Bryan is graduating from Woodbury University in May 2008, and is on track to attain a Masters of Architecture degree thereafter. In addition to his talents in design, he can also fluently speak English, Russian, and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Chinese, Hebrew, and Italian.
